Each open job in Breezy HR comes into Hyrr as a draft, with a scorecard and interview questions drafted from its description. Your team reviews them and publishes.

Applicants come in when you want them to
Switch automatic import on for the company or for a single job. Applicants with a resume are screened against the job's rubric; applicants without one receive an interview invitation.

Candidates interview, live
The AI interviewer runs the interview whenever the candidate is ready: in the browser, or by phone where you switch it on. It asks its own follow-up questions from what the candidate says, and sees code and whiteboard work as it happens.

Yes. Keep posting in Breezy HR as you do today. Each new open job shows up in Hyrr as a draft on the next scheduled sync, or right away when an admin presses Sync now, and starts taking candidates once your team publishes it.

What does a Breezy HR hiring manager get from Hyrr?

A report for each interviewed candidate, with a score for each skill, the evidence quoted from the interview, and the recording. Reports export to PDF or Word, and a read-only link lets you share one without exporting anything.

How do we connect Breezy HR?

Does Hyrr write results back into Breezy HR?

No. Reports, scores and recordings live in Hyrr, and every report has a read-only share link you can add to the candidate's record in Breezy HR. Anything custom can go through Hyrr's public API.
