Greenhouse AI interview integration
Connect Greenhouse and let Hyrr's live AI interviewer run the first round: open jobs arrive as drafts with a scorecard drafted, and once you switch on automatic import, applicants with a resume are screened on your rubric and the rest are invited to interview.
How Hyrr works with Greenhouse
- 1
Connect Greenhouse
An admin opens Organization → Integrations in Hyrr, picks Greenhouse and authorizes it in Merge's secure connection window. Some systems first need an integration user or API credentials created on their side; the team can help.
- 2
Open jobs arrive as drafts
Each open job in Greenhouse comes into Hyrr as a draft, with a scorecard and interview questions drafted from its description. Your team reviews them and publishes.
- 3
Applicants come in when you want them to
Switch automatic import on for the company or for a single job. Applicants with a resume are screened against the job's rubric; applicants without one receive an interview invitation.
- 4
Candidates interview, live
The AI interviewer runs the interview whenever the candidate is ready: in the browser, or by phone where you switch it on. It asks its own follow-up questions from what the candidate says, and sees code and whiteboard work as it happens.
- 5
Read the evidence
Every interview produces a report: each skill scored against your grading guide, the evidence quoted, a scoring trace and the recording, shareable with a read-only link.
Syncing runs on a schedule, and any time you press Sync now.
About Greenhouse
Structured hiring is the idea Greenhouse is built around. Its applicant tracking system uses interview kits and scorecards to keep evaluation consistent from one interviewer to the next, it also offers onboarding, and its customers range from early-stage businesses to large enterprises.
Greenhouse is a trademark of its owner. Hyrr connects to it through Merge.
Greenhouse and Hyrr: questions
Can Hyrr interview candidates who applied through Greenhouse?
Yes. After your team publishes a job that came over from Greenhouse, its applicants can be brought into Hyrr automatically, a setting you control for the whole company or for each job. Applicants with a resume are screened against the job's rubric; applicants without one receive an interview invitation.
We already use Greenhouse scorecards. Does Hyrr import them?
No. Hyrr drafts its own scorecard from the job description when a Greenhouse job arrives: weighted skills, each with a grading guide describing Novice, Competent, Proficient and Expert answers. Your team edits it before publishing, so it can mirror the attributes your Greenhouse scorecard already uses.
How do we connect Greenhouse?
An admin connects Greenhouse from Organization → Integrations in Hyrr and authorizes it in Merge's secure window. Some systems first need an integration user or API credentials created on their side; the team can help with that.
Does Hyrr write results back into Greenhouse?
No. Reports, scores and recordings live in Hyrr, and every report has a read-only share link you can add to the candidate's record in Greenhouse. Anything custom can go through Hyrr's public API.
What does Hyrr cost?
$6 per completed interview, with no seats, no platform fee and no annual minimum. A new account starts with 60 minutes of interview time free, and enterprise teams can ask about volume pricing and onboarding.
