Which iCIMS applicants does Hyrr bring in?

Applicants to jobs your team has published in Hyrr, once automatic import is on for the company or for that job. Applicants with a resume are screened against the job's rubric first; applicants without one receive an interview invitation. Jobs still in draft take no applicants.

Does Hyrr screen iCIMS resumes the same way it scores interviews?

Yes. Resume screening uses the same rubric and pass bar as the interview, so a candidate is measured against one standard from the first look at their resume to the end of the first round. Your team sets that rubric when it reviews the job's scorecard, before the job is published.

How do we connect iCIMS?

Does Hyrr write results back into iCIMS?

No. Reports, scores and recordings live in Hyrr, and every report has a read-only share link you can add to the candidate's record in iCIMS. Anything custom can go through Hyrr's public API.
