Switch automatic import on for the company or for a single job. Applicants with a resume are screened against the job's rubric; applicants without one receive an interview invitation.

The AI interviewer runs the interview whenever the candidate is ready: in the browser, or by phone where you switch it on. It asks its own follow-up questions from what the candidate says, and sees code and whiteboard work as it happens.

Can Fountain applicants interview by phone instead of in a browser?

Yes, on jobs where phone interviews are switched on. The candidate takes a real interview on a toll-free line, with no browser and no data plan required. Other jobs can keep the browser interview, since the setting is per job.

What happens to Fountain applicants without a resume?

They receive an interview invitation instead of a resume screen, so the interview itself becomes the first assessment, scored against the job's written grading guide. Those who did attach one go through a resume screen against the rubric first. Both apply only to jobs your team has published in Hyrr.

How do we connect Fountain?

Does Hyrr write results back into Fountain?
