JobAdder AI interview integration

Connect JobAdder and let Hyrr's live AI interviewer run the first round: open jobs arrive as drafts with a scorecard drafted, and once you switch on automatic import, applicants with a resume are screened on your rubric and the rest are invited to interview.

How Hyrr works with JobAdder

  1. 1

    Connect JobAdder

An admin opens Organization → Integrations in Hyrr, picks JobAdder and authorizes it in Merge's secure connection window. Some systems first need an integration user or API credentials created on their side; the team can help.

  2. 2

    Open jobs arrive as drafts

Each open job in JobAdder comes into Hyrr as a draft, with a scorecard and interview questions drafted from its description. Your team reviews them and publishes.

  3. 3

Applicants come in when you want them to

Switch automatic import on for the company or for a single job. Applicants with a resume are screened against the job's rubric; applicants without one receive an interview invitation.

  4. 4

    Candidates interview, live

The AI interviewer runs the interview whenever the candidate is ready: in the browser, or by phone where you switch it on. It asks its own follow-up questions from what the candidate says, and sees code and whiteboard work as it happens.

  5. 5

    Read the evidence

Every interview produces a report: each skill scored against your grading guide, the evidence quoted, a scoring trace and the recording, shareable with a read-only link.

Syncing runs on a schedule, and any time you press Sync now.

About JobAdder

Recruitment agencies are JobAdder's main audience: the platform joins applicant tracking, a recruitment CRM and placement management for permanent, temporary and dual-desk recruiting. In-house talent teams use it as well, and its customers are spread across Australia, the UK and the US.

JobAdder is a trademark of its owner. Hyrr connects to it through Merge.

JobAdder and Hyrr: questions

Does Hyrr work for both agency and in-house JobAdder users?

Yes. The connection behaves the same either way: open JobAdder jobs are imported as drafts, and once a job is published its applicants can flow in for screening or an invitation. Agencies can send a client a read-only report link; in-house teams can send the same kind of link to a hiring manager.

Can our JobAdder reports carry the agency's own format?

Yes. Hyrr can write reports into your agency's own Word template, so the document a client receives looks like yours. Reports also export as PDF or Word, and a read-only share link is available when you would rather not send a file.

How do we connect JobAdder?

An admin connects JobAdder from Organization → Integrations in Hyrr and authorizes it in Merge's secure window. Some systems first need an integration user or API credentials created on their side; the team can help with that.

Does Hyrr write results back into JobAdder?

No. Reports, scores and recordings live in Hyrr, and every report has a read-only share link you can add to the candidate's record in JobAdder. Anything custom can go through Hyrr's public API.

What does Hyrr cost?

$6 per completed interview, with no seats, no platform fee and no annual minimum. A new account starts with 60 minutes of interview time free, and enterprise teams can ask about volume pricing and onboarding.
