Each open job in Manatal comes into Hyrr as a draft, with a scorecard and interview questions drafted from its description. Your team reviews them and publishes.

Switch automatic import on for the company or for a single job. Applicants with a resume are screened against the job's rubric; applicants without one receive an interview invitation.

Candidates interview, live
The AI interviewer runs the interview whenever the candidate is ready: in the browser, or by phone where you switch it on. It asks its own follow-up questions from what the candidate says, and sees code and whiteboard work as it happens.

Yes. Each client job that comes across from Manatal becomes a draft in Hyrr with its own scorecard; once your team publishes it, applicants can come across automatically, with resumes screened against the rubric and everyone else invited to interview. In-house HR teams on Manatal use the connection the same way for their own company's jobs.

Does Hyrr pull in our whole Manatal candidate database?

No. Hyrr brings in applicants to jobs: once a job is published in Hyrr and automatic import is on, its applicants come across on each sync. Candidates in your Manatal database who are not attached to a connected job stay in Manatal.

How do we connect Manatal?
