An admin opens Organization → Integrations in Hyrr, picks Personio and authorizes it in Merge's secure connection window. Some systems first need an integration user or API credentials created on their side; the team can help.

Open jobs arrive as drafts
Each open job in Personio comes into Hyrr as a draft, with a scorecard and interview questions drafted from its description. Your team reviews them and publishes.

Applicants come in when you want them to
Switch automatic import on for the company or for a single job. Applicants with a resume are screened against the job's rubric; applicants without one receive an interview invitation.

Candidates interview, live
The AI interviewer runs the interview whenever the candidate is ready: in the browser, or by phone where you switch it on. It asks its own follow-up questions from what the candidate says, and sees code and whiteboard work as it happens.

Does Hyrr use Personio Recruiting, Personio's employee data, or both?

Both are available. Personio Recruiting supplies open positions, which show up in Hyrr as drafts with suggested interview questions and a scorecard for your review. Personio's employee data supplies the roster for the employee side of Hyrr: an org chart, certification of skills, and learning sessions with a live voice trainer.

Does a candidate's accent or location affect their Hyrr score?

Hyrr is designed so they do not: name, accent, age, appearance and location are excluded from scoring by design. Every candidate for a role is graded against the same written guide, and each score comes with a trace of the rubric, the quoted evidence and the arithmetic behind it.

How do we connect Personio?

An admin connects Personio from Organization → Integrations in Hyrr and authorizes it in Merge's secure window. Some systems first need an integration user or API credentials created on their side; the team can help with that.

Does Hyrr write results back into Personio?

No. Reports, scores and recordings live in Hyrr, and every report has a read-only share link you can add to the candidate's record in Personio. Anything custom can go through Hyrr's public API.
