Each open job in UKG comes into Hyrr as a draft, with a scorecard and interview questions drafted from its description. Your team reviews them and publishes.

Switch automatic import on for the company or for a single job. Applicants with a resume are screened against the job's rubric; applicants without one receive an interview invitation.

The AI interviewer runs the interview whenever the candidate is ready: in the browser, or by phone where you switch it on. It asks its own follow-up questions from what the candidate says, and sees code and whiteboard work as it happens.

Can hourly applicants from UKG interview without a computer?

Yes, when phone interviews are switched on for the job. Candidates take the interview on a toll-free line as an ordinary phone call, with no browser and no data plan needed. Because the setting is per job, you can offer phone interviews for hourly roles and keep other roles in the browser.

How do we connect UKG?

Does Hyrr write results back into UKG?

No. Reports, scores and recordings live in Hyrr, and every report has a read-only share link you can add to the candidate's record in UKG. Anything custom can go through Hyrr's public API.
